Bachmann Has Strong Base of Donors for Her Next Cause

Although Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., has announced she will not run for re-election, she still has funds available to maintain a base of national support for her ideas and positions. Her 2012 presidential campaign raised $10 million and half of that came from small unitemized contributions of $200 or less. Her fundraising in the first three months of 2013 was among the top five in receipts among House members.
