Our support should extend beyond their service in the military. As the unemployment rate for veterans — especially young veterans — remains high, we have a responsibility to help these men and women transition to the workforce after they leave the military. Organizations like American Corporate Partners work with corporations like Boeing to help veterans develop career paths and build professional networks through mentoring, career counseling and networking.

Boeing is proud to have about 25,000 employees who are veterans and many who continue to serve in the National Guard and Reserves. To learn more about Boeing’s support of veterans and military families, please visit www.boeing.com/tribute.

What are you doing this week to honor our service members and veterans? What more can we do to help veterans find meaningful work? Let us know.
