Legislators Report Large Stock Trades

Several Members of Congress reported recent large stock trades, as required by the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act. 

Here are the stock trades valued at more than $100,000 completed by members, their spouses and dependent children.

Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., reported he bought $100,001 to $250,000 of Netflix on 6/3 and sold it on 6/4.

Rep. Keith Rothfus, R-Pa., reported his spouse sold $100,001 to $250,000 of HJ Heinz stock on 6/10.

Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., reported he sold $250,001 to $500,000 of TriState Capital Holdings on 6/3.

Rep. Vernon Buchanan, R-Fla., reported his spouse bought $250,001 to $500,000 of Ishares TR Core S&P 500 ETF on 5/21.

Rep. Kenny Marchant, R-Texas, reported he bought $100,001 to $250,000 of Trinity Industries on 6/27.

Rep. Ander Crenshaw, R-Fla., reported he bought $250,001 to $500,000 of Challen Partners Ltd on 6/24.

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., reported her spouse bought $250,001 to $$500,000 of Matrix Capital Management (hedge fund) on 7/1.

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, reported his spouse and dependent child each bought $100,001 to $250,000 of Statoil ASA on 6/20. His dependent child also bought $100,001 to $250,000 of Thompson Creek Metals Co. Inc. (Bond) on 6/17; $100,001 to $250,000 of Forbes Energy Svcs Ltd NT on 6/12; $100,001 to $250,000 of ETrade Financial Corp. on 6/18. McCaul’s spouse and dependent child each sold $100,001 to $250,000 of the following: Exxon Mobil Corp. on 6/18; Comstock Res Inc SR NT on 6/7; Allergan Inc. on 6/27. His spouse also sold $100,001 to $250,000 of Forum Energy Technologies on 6/26.
