New Ranking of Top Organizations Lobbying
The top organizations lobbying the executive and legislative branches have adjusted their lobbying expenditures to meet new legislative and commercial environment during the second quarter.
Lockheed Martin, Boeing and General Dynamics have increased their efforts. Comcast Corporation and the National Cable & Telecommunications Assn. have increased. The Chamber of Commerce, Microsoft Corporation, the National Assn. of Realtors and the American Hospital Assn. have increased, among others.
General Electric, Northrop Grumman, American Medical Assn., United Technologies, Exxon Mobil, AT&T Services and Southern Company, among others, have decreased their spending.
Here is the preliminary ranking, although second-quarter lobbying reports are still being filed.
