Few Hillary Donors Give to the Republican National Committee Anyway

Hillary doesn’t seem to be much of a Republican Party donor name, and the few Hillarys that give to the Republican Party may agree with the RNC effort against the “Hillary” mini-series.

The RNC effort to dissuade NBC and CNN from producing a mini-series based on Hillary Clinton, called “Hillary,” certainly wasn’t delayed for fear of losing donors with the name of Hillary.

A search of any itemized contributors from 1979 to the present found only four itemized contributors to the Republican National Committee with the first name of Hillary. There is Mrs. Hillary Krouse (homemaker) in Boca Raton, Fla., who has given $59,300 to the Republican National Committee; Mrs. Hillary Miller (homemaker) or Darien, Conn., who gave 500; Mrs. Hillary Terline (Construction Force Services recruiter) of Flushing, N.Y., who gave $300; Mrs. Hillary Thamer of Newport Beach, Calif., who gave $250; and Mrs. Hillary Vonschroeter (homemaker) of Wellesley, Mass., who gave $1,401.

Hillary doesn’t seem to be the name of many donors to other federal Republican Party committees either. From 1979 to the present, there were only eight other itemized contributors with the first name Hillary who gave to any other federal Republican Party committee.
