Delta Airline Executives Check In With Sen. Mitch McConnell

The McConnell Victory Kentucky, a joint fundraising committee of Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and the Republican Party of Kentucky, reported it received $23,000 in September from 22 executives of Delta Airlines and $5,000 more from the Delta Airlines PAC. Delta Airlines is headquartered in Atlanta.

The executives were led by Delta President Edward Bastian and Executive Vice President and CFO Paul Jacobson, as well as other officers and executives from California, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota and Texas.

In 2011-2012, the Delta Airline PAC gave out $383,499 to federal candidates and committees, with 71 percent of the contributions going to Republicans. In 2013 the PAC has given out $114,500, with 79 percent going to Republicans.
