George Soros Offers Help to Super PAC for Hillary Clinton

A billionaire has signed on to co-chair the national finance council of a Super PAC encouraging Hillary Clinton to run for President.

George Soros will co-chair the finance council of Ready for Hillary, a Super PAC supporting the possible presidential candidacy of former Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y. Donors may give unlimited amounts to the Super PAC that does not give to candidates, but makes independent expenditures only. The PAC has stated it has a voluntary contribution cap of $25,000.
