Former College President Indicted in Straw Donor Scheme

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced the Indictment of Dinesh D’Souza with violating federal campaign finance laws by making illegal contributions to a U.S. Senate candidate in the names of others and causing false statements to be made to the Federal Election Commission.
