DeFazio Swears Small-Brewers Caucus Is Legit

During last night’s debut of Web talk show “Bills and Brews ,” congressional reporter Matt Laslo quizzed Oregon Democrat Peter A. DeFazio about his duties as chairman of the House Small Brewers Caucus.
