With less than two weeks to go before Election Day, we’re changing the Rothenberg Political Report/Roll Call ratings  in one Senate and one gubernatorial race.

• New Hampshire Senate (Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D) — From Lean Democratic to Toss-up/Tilt Democratic
• Massachusetts Governor (Open; Gov. Deval Patrick, D) – From Toss-up/Tilt Democratic to Pure Toss-up
