José Andrés is at it again.

To celebrate Administrative Professionals Day Wednesday, Andrés’ America Eats Tavern in McLean, Va., will offer a free slice of cake to all administrative professionals who show their business cards.

But what does this mean for Capitol Hill staffers, many of whom are “administrative professionals” in some sense of the word? Heard on the Hill investigated. Through a spokesperson, America Eats confirmed that Hill staffers who can produce business cards with the following titles would be entitled to their free slice:

Scheduler/Executive Scheduler .
Executive Assistant .
Staff Assistant .
Office Manager. Assuming a staffer can head to McLean after work (or during lunch, flexible schedules and all …) the cake options include historically themed confections baked daily, including:

· Martha Washington’s chocolate cake: This triple chocolate cake is an ode to the original first lady’s recipe.
· Carrot cake, with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.
· Coconut cake, an all-American classic with coconut buttercream and shaved coconut.
· Pineapple upside-down cake, served with coconut ice cream.

And for those who cannot make it out for their free slice, you can always treat your favorite staff assistant, scheduler, executive assistant or office manager to a cup of the Senate’s best frozen yogurt. Or pony up for an actual gift.
