Turns out members of Congress are just as irked by Dennis Rodman’s “basketball diplomacy” as everyone else. Rep. Eliot L. Engel criticized the former NBA star Tuesday on the House floor, likening Rodman’s trip to “taking Adolph Hitler to lunch.”
