The Senate Armed Services Committee holds a hearing Tuesday on the Obama administration’s strategy against the Islamic State terror group.  

Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin E. Dempsey are expected to testify.
