Pelosi Slams Court Ruling on Obamacare Lawsuit

At her weekly news conference Thursday, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called a court ruling giving the House standing to pursue a lawsuit against the Obama administration’s implementation of the Affordable Care Act “astounding,” “interesting” and “unprecedented … in the history of our country.”“Republicans have tried 60 ways to repeal the Affordable Care Act,” Pelosi said. “I believe this will be overturned.”
