It’s been a hectic week on Capitol Hill, so what better way to top it off than by toasting the latest failed presidential candidate? At least, it appears that’s what the folks at I.J. Review were thinking. The media outlet announced Friday it was hosting a “Cheers to Chafee” happy hour Friday evening, honoring Democratic presidential hopeful Lincoln Chafee, who said Friday that he was dropping out of the race .  The flyer shared with HOH notes, “Drinks on us.”

So those Chafee supporters looking to drown their sorrows, or his opponents cheering his demise, are encouraged to head to Barrel Whiskey Bar, located on Pennsylvania Ave. Southeast, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
