WH: US Troops in Syria to Help ‘Moderate Opposition’

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said U.S. special operations forces in Syria will help “moderate opposition” elements inside Syria. Earnest said U.S. forces will offer “advice” and assistance to forces fighting the Islamic State in Syria.
