Sen. Johnny Isakson speaks to CQ Roll Call about the fiscal 2016 Military Construction-VA appropriations bill which was passed by the Senate on Tuesday, just ahead of Veterans Day. “With the first appropriations bill we passed in four years, I am damn satisfied.” Isakson said. “This addresses the fixes we have put in for the construction fix for Denver, puts in the fix for choice, it puts in the fix for accountability. I am very pleased that the American people would know that we have responded to the problems.”
