White House ‘Disappointed’ by Court’s Immigration Decision

On the heels of the U.S. Court of Appeal’s ruling against the Obama administration’s executive action on immigration reform, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the White House was disappointed with the decision, but that the ruling did not diminish the administration’s confidence in their legal argument. “We’re looking forward to having that legal argument again before the Supreme Court,” Earnest said.
