John Hoeven spoke to CQ Roll Call on Tuesday, criticizing President Obama’s decision on the Keystone XL pipeline. “Why in the world is the president lifting sanctions on Iran, making it easier for them to export oil, and at the same time in essence preventing Canada to produce their oil and bring it to our country, makes no sense,” the Republican said.
