At his weekly news conference Tuesday, Minority Leader Harry Reid wouldn’t commit to changes in the U.S. vetting process for Syrian refugees, saying he needed to take a closer look at current procedures. “My personal feeling is that I’m going to wait until tomorrow,” Reid said. “I don’t think at this stage we should be pausing until we get the facts.” Read more
