WH ‘Confident’ in Supreme Court Immigration Arguments

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Tuesday that the administration will argue at the Supreme Court that President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration are “within the confines” of the Constitution and backed by precedent set by other chief executives. “We’ve got a lot of confidence in the legal arguments we’ll be making before the court,” Earnest said.
