Brad Paisley Joins Capito and Manchin in Helping West Virginia
The three drove around the most flood damaged areas of the state
Country music star Brad Paisley joined fellow West Virginia natives to lend a hand after the state’s recent deadly flooding.
On Thursday, Paisley joined West Virginia Sens. Shelley Moore Capito and Joe Manchin III and Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin in visiting the hardest hit areas and assisting with flood recovery.
The four visited high schools, churches and communities around the state that were hit by the June 23 floods which have killed more than 20 people.
Paisley was not shy in his evaluation of Machin’s driving skills.

Paisley and Capito, a Republican, were both born in Glen Dale, West Virginia. Manchin, a Democrat, was born in Farmington.
The singer also set up a Go Fund Me account to distribute funds through West Virginia Flood Relief 2016. The fund has already received more than $300,000 in donations with a goal of raising $1 million.
