Attorney General Loretta Lynch is expected to accept recommendations from prosecutors and the FBI regarding the inquiry regarding Hillary Clinton’s primary email server, according to the New York Times.

This comes despite reports that Lynch had a private meeting with former President Bill Clinton earlier this week. Lynch has come under criticism for the meeting .

The primary question at the heart of the investigation is whether the former secretary of State broke the law by setting up a private server.

Lynch is expected to speak about the subject today at a conference in Aspen, Colorado.
