Hillary Clinton released a campaign video Wednesday featuring a New York architect who says Donald Trump’s business practices almost put him out of business.  

It comes on the heels of her Wednesday appearance in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where she slammed the presumptive Republican presidential nominee for “multiple bankruptcies, stiffing contractors and spurring hundreds of job losses” during the period when he owned casinos there, CNN reported.  

In the video released Thursday, Andrew Tesoro, a New York architect, says he was hired by Trump to design the clubhouse at the Trump National Golf Club in Westchester, New York, but he ended up being “bullied out of many thousands of dollars.”

The ad intersperses footage of the Manhattan billionaire mogul talking about his business acumen and being a champion of small business interests.  

In his testimony, Tesoro said the Trump Organization only agreed to pay him “barely a little more than a third” of the amount he incurred for his services. But when he sent Trump the final bill, the real estate mogul wanted a further discount.  

“I had already accepted less than the total monies due to my firm, and he basically said, he only wanted to pay me half of that amount,” Tesoro says in the ad.  

Tesoro ended up settling for what he called “a very meager sum of money,” figuring a drawn-out legal fight would end up costing him more. He says he had to max out his credit lines and dip into his son’s college savings account “to keep from folding.”  

“It almost put me out of business,” he says.

On Wednesday, Clinton blasted Trump at a campaign event in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in front of the abandoned Trump Plaza casino.  

“He always rigged it so he got paid, no matter how his companies performed,” The Wall Street Journal quoted Clinton as saying.  

Trump defended his record in a statement, the Journal reported.  

“Nobody understands the economy like I do and no one, especially not Crooked Hillary Clinton, will do more for the economy than I will,” he said.  

On Thursday, Clinton also released a new policy proposal which her campaign said would give “small businesses recourse to fight back against unscrupulous big business practices” over unpaid bills, a pointed jab at Trump.
