After a push last year in Congress to defund the organization, Planned Parenthood’s president, Cecile Richards, addressed the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday in Philadelphia.  

The talk was part of a night focusing on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s work with children and families over her years in public service.
