Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. had two words for President-elect Donald Trump: “Grow up.”

In an interview on “PBS NewsHour” on Thursday, Biden said Trump needed to “be an adult.”

“You’re president,” Biden said. “You’ve got to do something. Show us what you have.”

Biden also expressed concern for Trump publicly criticizing the intelligence community and said that it’s “absolutely mindless to not listen to the agencies.”

The outgoing vice president compared Trump’s questioning of intelligence professionals to saying, “I know more about physics than my professor.”

Still, Biden said Trump was surrounding himself with “very smart people” like Retired Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis, Trump’s nominee for Defense secretary.
