A Seattle man has been on the receiving end of a number of tweets aimed at House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, but he’s having fun with it.

Chase Nunes is a TV broadcast engineer who goes by the Twitter handle @Nunes. The congressman goes by the handle @DevinNunes.

The Seattle Nunes, who also runs the gaming and tech site GeekGamer¯ told GeekWire he began receiving extra tweets and mentions about two weeks ago. When he realized they were misdirected, he decided to respond sarcastically to each.

“I know right now that politics and Trump are very polarizing and people are frustrated and are just trying to vent,” he said. “However, it’s so much, that I feel it was time for some comic relief and to have some fun with it and maybe get a little attention for the content I create with GeekGamer.”

Chase Nunes said when most people realize they got the wrong Nunes, they usually apologize.
