With just a few planned legislative days before the end-of-year break, Republicans are racing to get a tax bill to President Donald Trump’s desk, while the continuing resolution expires on Dec. 22. White House correspondent John T. Bennett says the president is eager to score at least one big legislative win before the year ends.
