Hatch: Time to ‘Hang Up the Gloves’

Utah Sen. Orrin G. Hatch announced Tuesday that he will retire after seven terms in the Senate. “When the President visited Utah last month, he said I was a fighter … But every good fighter knows when to hang up the gloves. And for me, that time is soon approaching,” the 83-year-old Republican said.
