Gardner Rails Against Sessions’ Marijuana Action as States’ Rights Issue

Colorado Republican Sen. Cory Gardner, in a floor speech Thursday, criticized Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to rescind an Obama-era policy that discouraged enforcement of federal marijuana laws in states such as Colorado where marijuana has been legalized.
