One Dramatic Week: Congress, Trump Spar Over Shutdown, Then Another Memo

Two challenges are center stage this week for President Donald Trump and Congress. The first one comes on Thursday, the deadline for a funding deal to avert another government shutdown. The next day, the White House must decide the fate of a memo drafted by Democrats that counters one released last week that Trump says exposed political bias at the highest levels of law enforcement.
