Mark Zuckerberg returned to Capitol Hill for his second day of testimony, this time in front of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He faced pushback from Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., on his many apologies and admitted that his own personal data was compromised by third parties.
