After a long day debating the farm bill, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, alone on the Senate floor, asked for a rarely used vote on the chamber floor known as stand and be counted. Cameras didn’t catch McConnell standing and sitting by himself to be counted, but the look on the presiding officer’s face (Indiana’s Sen. Todd Young) is priceless as he listens to the parliamentarian walk through the procedure.
