Schumer Responds to McConnell on Kavanaugh: ‘He’s the Master of Delay’

Senate party leaders used their opening remarks Tuesday to point fingers. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., essentially guaranteed that senators would have a chance to vote on the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh before the week is over, despite what he called stall tactics from Democrats. While Minority Leader Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., refuted the Republican accusations of delays.
