U.S. Capitol Police arrested scores of protesters in the Hart Senate office building Thursday afternoon. The demonstration was organized by the Women’s March to protest the confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. The Senate has a vote planned for Friday to advance the nomination following the results of an FBI investigation of sexual assault allegations against the judge in the 1980s.
