Congress may be in recess on Halloween, but their staff isn’t. Which got us thinking, could we trick-or-treat for all the state-specific goodies that senators and their staff keep on hand for visitors at their offices? Heard on the Hill reporter Alex Gangitano took on the task and shows you how to eat your way through the 50 states right on Capitol Hill.
