The midterms are (mostly) over and the lame duck session has a critical agenda item. White House correspondent John T. Bennett says a December 7 deadline to fund part of the government, including the Department of Homeland Security, could turn into a showdown between President Donald Trump and resurgent Democrats over funding for the his long-sought border wall.
