Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that she believes she will win the speaker vote on the floor in January with a majority of Democrats voting for her. The party has appeared divided on the issue of voting for her, with several new members and several current members saying they wouldn’t vote for her. No other Democratic member has stated that they will challenge the former speaker, who is the only woman to have ever held the job.
