The 2019 Capitol Christmas Tree arrived on the West Lawn Monday, completing its nearly 2,000 mile journey from New Mexico’s Carson National Forest.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi will light the tree during a Dec. 4 ceremony. See the video for a time-lapse of Architect of the Capitol workers unloading the 60-foot spruce onto the Capitol grounds.
