Speaker Nancy Pelosi started a paper-tearing trend after she ripped a copy of the president’s State of the Union address on live TV. But papers weren’t the only things getting ripped to shreds this week — cue the spectacular meltdown at the Iowa caucuses and Rep. Jim Jordan’s famous affinity for ditching his suit jacket.
