Former South Carolina Democratic chairman Jaime Harrison is giving GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham his toughest challenge yet.

Harrison, who is leading in the primary and is likely to face Graham in the general election in November, sat down with CQ Roll Call to discuss why he decided to run and his view of the seat.
