Face masks appear on House floor

Rep. Brad Sherman gaveled in the House floor Tuesday with an accessory that hadn’t yet appeared from the chair’s position: a face mask.

More extreme social distancing and face masks were prevalent compared with Friday, the last day the House gaveled in.
