With Memorial Day approaching, we’re going to the archives. On this day in 2019, Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Tim Chambers salutes Rolling Thunder motorcyclists as they drive by the Lincoln Memorial. The annual event is set to return to Washington streets this holiday weekend.
