Climate activists stage a sit-in at the one open entrance to the Hart Senate Office Building on Thursday. The protesters, who were all detained by the Capitol Police, were voicing their opposition to what they called Sen. Joe Manchin III’s “dirty deal” on energy permitting legislation.
