Capitol Lens | Legs up

(Tom Williams/CQ Roll Call)

Ukrainian soldier Oleksandr Chaika and Illinois Sen. Tammy Duckworth display their prosthetic legs Tuesday during a tour of Medical Center Orthotics and Prosthetics in Silver Spring, Md. Chaika is receiving treatment at the center after losing his leg from a tank shell explosion in the Luhansk region of Ukraine on April 4 during the Russian invasion. Duckworth lost both her legs when her helicopter was shot down in Iraq in 2004.
