In a historic first, the House voted out its speaker. The ousting of Rep. Kevin McCarthy from the job resulted in an abbreviated work week and has paralyzed the chamber. While there was other activity on Capitol Hill this week, the fight over McCarthy highlights this week’s Hits and Misses.
