A military honor guard and National Park Service rangers salute the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington on Monday during a ceremony observing the 215th anniversary of the 16th president’s birth. The NPS and the Lincoln Birthday National Commemorative Committee organized the event.
