With Congress still in recess, this week was quiet in Washington, D.C. Roll Call’s photojournalists were snapping images of President Joe Biden on his way to Wisconsin to stump for the Harris-Walz campaign — and to tout his legacy — and in Las Vegas, following Republican Senate nominee Sam Brown.
