Capitol Lens | Thaw, humbug!

The Capitol Dome is seen through the snow-covered skylights of the Capitol Visitor Center on Thursday. Temperatures rose above freezing this week, allowing for some melting and thawing ahead of another cold blast that is expected to hit the Washington area this weekend.
