People dressed in frog costumes, who are members of the Oregon-based protest group Portland Frog Brigade, visit Sen. Charles E. Grassley’s office in the Hart Building on Tuesday. The protesters were delivering copies of the U.S. Constitution to members of Congress ahead of President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address that evening.
